Breaking News: It appears that Taytay, otherwise known as RPF’s Kyle Cease, will be running for leader as well! Here is his opening statements for him running for leader.

“So, it’s come to this. I’ve got big plans for RPF. Things are going to be just like a buisness as soon as I get elected. Things will finally get to be oderly and fun. Plans:

-WWFF. World Wars For Fun. That’s what the youngsters call em these days. I will be holding as many World Wars For Fun as possible. As a bystander for so many years, it’s come to my attention that you’re all bored out of your wits. So, have some stimulating wars.

-Authors! The RPF site will become the NEWS MEDIA OF THE ENTIRE CLUB PENGUIN! Authos from various armies, reporting various things. EVerything from sports, to politics, and beyond. Inventions. Anything we can to generate a huge demographic, and sweep the competition with our knowledge. Seriously, I’ll have reporters talking about Army things, and reporters talking about real things. Not too many for posting chaos, but enough to keep your brain stimulated.

-Democracy. A Democratic Republic is nice, but they’re really good for big things. Like the US. I prefer the idea of a flat out democracy. I know I cannot achieve that, AND be leader at the same time, so I’ll meet myself half way. On the majority of all things relating to the Army, there will be public votes. Not a congress telling you what you do and don’t like. After all, who has EVER payed attention to who all was in the congress?

-Server Raffles. Let’s Face it. RPF is huge, but we don’t need twenty-some servers. Let’s just be the nice guys for once. I’m probably the most sympathetic person that’s ever run for leader. Let’s start having mor server raffles, and give aways. It will generate site traffic, and be fun. Don’t worry, I’ll leave us at least ten servers. Probably more.

-Alienation. No, we will not be a nation of ALIENS. No we will not alienate ourselves from other people. Although you’re getting closer. As your leader, I promise not to interfere with your personal lives and whatnot. I know that most people don’t like me, so I am not going to stand around all day, harassing you. As your leader, I’ll let your do your own things. You don’t need me watching over your shoulder at all times. Hell, I’m sure you don’t want that.

-Strict No Vengence Policy. I’m not going to punish those who didn’t vote for me… or those who banned me forever on RPF chat. If there’s anything we learned from WWI, it’s that vengence is BAD.”

Well, now is good. Spring Break is coming tomorrow, that means a hell lotta free time. So, you will be seeing more posts from me, mmkay? Trust me, I do not want this term to be like my last term.

Pretty awesome war last night. I can guarantee that it was epic. RPF, IW, and ACP were victors in the “Clash of the Unforgiven” against UMA,WW, and Nachos. It was pretty beast. Although I couldn’t even friggin’ get in the server Summit >=(.

Also, There is a chance thar ST and RPF could merge together. Sounds like a pretty good idea, except 1 thing. The name. Apparently Commando993 wants to change the name, however, the majority would like to keep it Rebel Penguin Federation.  I think that we should keep the name “RPF”.

CP Army News

WW: Have reacted to the “Clash of the Unforgiven”. They thought it was a very good battle. Also, their practice battle is TODAY with WCP. Be sure to check more details on the site.

UMA: A marvelous soldier named “Fiddyy” is retiring. All of the UMA will miss Fiddyy of course. Also, was present during the “Clash of the Unforgiven”.

ACP: Participated in the “Clash of the Unforgiven”. Man, that was a huge clover bomb. Also, Shab is starting to make pointless posts. Its about xats =/.

IW: An utterly shameful disgrace. How come no one came to the recruting session? Only 5 people? Also, IW took part in “Clash of Unforgiven”.

Nachos: Were at the “Clash of the Unforgiven”. It was epic alright, Person. <– I’m serious, who could read this?

Tundra News going bankrupt? It seems that Tundra News have been lacking of ideas lately, and they might be going bankrupt. I mean seriously, why don’t they just host it in a friggin igloo? And why are the news reporters naked? And why do they all have the same names? Seriously, It might be becoming into a end.

In other news, Most T.G. Represented RPF in the “Clash of the Unforgiven”. Talk about Tundra helping in the war. RPF, IW, and ACP all were victors in the war.

USRPF State News                                              

Woot, It seems that Tundra is finally getting back up its feet. I see many soldiers recruiting Tundra site, being active on the site, etc. After many wars erupted in RPF Tundra, It almost became destroyed city. Ash, debris, fires. It was a ghost town. By then, people were losing hope. But that time, Governors from the USRPF nation built it back together to make it back to were it was supposed to be

Now, it is becoming more and more populated. It happens to be the 2nd most populated USRPF state in the nation. Isn’t that awesome? Now, the job is much much easier for me.

In other USRPF state news, The hockey team has came out. Its called will be called the Tundra Vikings. The uniform is still under construction. But tryouts are TODAY. So, leave a comment to join.

It appears conflicts with WW and ST are going around lately. ST had a minor invasion in Tundra, So now WW is extremely pissed. The 2 armies Almost got into a war. Yikes. Lets just not hope RPF will get involved with this.

Also, are having a Practice Battle with WCP. WCP thinks that they can beat WW. Pssh, are you kidding me? No way they will in my opinion.

It seems that Black Bandits are going to the WWFF. Psssh. Why go to WWFF when you can go to Weekend Wars =D. Well anyways, RPF will be there to fight. And hopefully, we will win =)

Awesome! I knew both sides would come to peace with each other. WOOHOO! That saves our skins too, we don’t have to patrol that much like we did in FGR invasion. This would be a time to celebrate, but no. Because my break is ending tommorrow! DX.

Well, that was pretty awesome, i guess we can look forward to early retirement.

-Idea-

I’ve been saving this idea. I would have said it yesterday, but that was when World War V began. So, it wasnt exactly the right time to say my idea.

Your probaly wondering what idea this is. Well, the idea is including governors. Many problems in governed servers are solved by only the governor (believe me, its hard to do that =/). I think we governors should unite together and help each other. Heres what we could do.

• Hold meetings to tell the problems in their servers, and come up with solutions to problems together
• Pass bills to help keep servers safe
• Much, much more

Its like the Alliance, but only governors.

So I talked with Commando. He agreed with the idea. However, the only problem was that we didn’t finish the server elections. DANG IT! Well, after all server elections, I will make a site for all governors, and a chat. WE need a name though =P. Well I’ll think of it later, because now I am sleepy >.>.
